Chandrashekar has over 25 years of experience served in senior leadership roles in reputed MNCs namely Tyco, Timex and L&T. He has been instrumental in incubating and grooming modern technology business organizations in the areas of Fibre optics and Interconnection solution for Aerospace, Défense, Marine and Micro-D. He is a thinker, Innovator and has been recognized by International Biographical Centre, Cambridge, UK in their "Leading Scientists of the World - 2010" publication. He has pioneered the thought of “Leadership Index” which is a very effective tool in measurement of leadership capabilities.

Chandrashekar holds a Mechanical Engineering degree, from National Institute of Engineering, Mysore.

Mr. Ramamurthy, Sr. Manager, Supplier Development

With over 30 years of hands-on experience in electro-mechanical industries as a manufacturing specialist, Ramamurthy has played an instrumental role in developing several complex components and assemblies. He has a comprehensive knowledge of the processes, tools and equipment and is conversant of the plausible risks involved in building of critical components and assemblies in aerospace, automotive and precision jigs and fixtures industries. He brings with him proven skills in understanding and execution of aerospace and military standards in product development at customer premises.

Mr. Sukesh Kukkehalli, Sr. Sourcing Manager

Sukesh has over 17 years of expertise in sourcing of mechanical components, primarily in Aerospace and Automotive domains involving castings, forgings, sheet metal fabrication components and Assemblies for Aerospace and Precision Industrial products. He carries a rich experience from his past association with leading companies namely Textron, General Motors, Toyota, Bosch, and Hindustan Aeronautics Limited. He is specialized in Supplier Selection, Product development, Product Cost Control, Supply Risk Mitigation, Planning and Supply Management and Supplier Quality Assurance. He has a proven record in elevating potential automobile component suppliers to aerospace standards and also to meet FAA approvals.

Sukesh is a Six Sigma Green belt certified professional with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
